Partnership Obligations
- Should we find that your referral violates our general rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your partnership. You can familiarize yourself with Hengam’s terms of use by visiting this link.
- Subify retains the right to immediately and without prior notice terminate this partnership and your participation in the Affiliate Program, should you engage in fraudulent activities or misuse the program in any way. In the event of such fraudulent sales or abuse, Subify shall not be held liable for any commissions related to such transactions.
- Subify will not provide payment for installation rewards if the referral fails to meet the necessary criteria or if it is not associated with an acceptable Shopify store. You can learn more about these terms by referring to this link.
- Any partner collaborating with us is strictly prohibited from utilizing CPC (Cost per Click) as a means to acquire new customers.
Termination
Either you or we may end this partnership at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. The written notice may be in the form of an email.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Partnership at any time at our sole discretion. In such an event, you will be notified by email.
Modifications may include, but are not limited to changes in the payment procedures and Subify’s Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this Partnership. Your continued participation in Subify’s Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new Partnership on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.
Payment
In the Subify Affiliate Program, all cash-outs are available on the 24th of every month through PayPal. Also, all Subify payouts are available 30 days after the transaction has been completed. The minimum amount an affiliate needs to reach in earnings, so they can ask for withdrawing their balance is 200$.
