Boro Built is a one-stop shop for everything related to health, wellness, and fitness. Launched as a brick-and-mortar store in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Boro Built expanded to e-commerce and eventually shifted to the Shopify platform.

Brian focused on several key actions to acquire subscribers and increase loyalty:

  • Crafting an irresistible offer: Boro Built created a subscription box with products valued at over $100, offering it for $55 for the first month and $75 thereafter. This irresistible offer made customers feel they were getting great value for their money.
  • Utilizing video content and user-generated content (UGC): Boro Built leveraged video content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to showcase their subscription box. They also encouraged customers to share their own unboxing videos, generating buzz around their product.
  • Building a strong community: Boro Built fostered a sense of community among subscribers by providing responsive customer service, accommodating special requests, and creating a Discord channel where customers could interact with each other.
